Junior Youth Club

When attending the Youth Club, can you agree that:(Required)

You are in school years 3-6

Have parental consent to be at the club

Will not bully or abuse anyone either physically, verbally or emotionally

Will treat any equipment with respect, take turns and share

Will look after each other

You won’t be rude, swear at each other or the staff

Will listen to the staff

Tell a staff member if you don’t think something is right
